PCHR slams terrorist attacks in London calling it an act of

cowardice and anti-human

 

Islamabad. Terrorism in any form and manifestation is condemnable. Not only Islam, but no religion of the world permits killing innocent civilians on the name of religion. Expressing his deep concern, Chairman PCHR, Mr. Riaz Fatyana MNA, has said that the bombing attacks in London are highly condemnable, and those alleged culprits may be involved in the attacks must be punished severely. He further stated that Islam is a religion of peace and teaches adopting liberal attitude towards other religions and that it denies terrorism in all its manifestation.

 

Executive Director PCHR Ms. Kashmala Tariq MNA while criticizing the bombing attacks maintained that the terrorist act is an attempt of handful of people to stigmatize the peace-loving religion of Islam. She called the killings of innocent people unrecoverable loss and expressed her sympathy with the victim families.

 

Other members of PCHR, Senator Dr. Shehzad Waseem, Minister of State for Interior, Eng. Gyan Chund Sing MNA, Ms. Riffat Javed MNA, Syed Javed Ali Shah MNA, Dr. Fareed Ahmned Paracha MNA, Khwaja Saad Rafique MNA, and Ms. Mehnaz Raffi MNA, have also expressed their deep denunciation over the death of innocent people in the attacks. They said that the culprits are the enemy of humanity and deserve exemplary punishment.

 

Commenting upon the incident, Chief Coordinator PCHR, Mr. Shafique Chaudhry said that on this critical and sorrowful moment, Pakistan stands by the U.K. Expressing his concern and pathos over this human tragedy, he maintained that terrorism committed under any guise is condemnable, and that Pakistan will continue it efforts to fight against terrorism in collaboration with international community.
